Watermelon isn’t just a refreshing fruit but an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin B. Also found in carrots, vitamin A is an antioxidant which helps with the health of you eyes.

Vitamin C helps build your immunity and is good for preventing cell damage. Vitamin B helps to convert protein to energy and is good for your brain function.

Making Bread at Home

Making your own bread can be very rewarding and provide you with more options than you could ever find from a supermarket or bakery. Once you’ve baked your first experimental breads you can refine your baking formulas and record your favorite recipes for future reference.

To get started it helps to know a little about the core ingredients. Flour is made from grains like barley, maize and rye. Wheat flour is the most commonly used flour for breads giving protein and starch to the resulting product. You can also try your hand at making whole wheat bread and rye bread with wholemeal rye flour.

It's unlikely you will find all the answers that easily but with some persistence and means you should be able to gather enough information to build a good family tree and learn about the origins and lives of your relatives.


The British Pullman

The British Pullman was a luxury train service comprising of Pullman coaches dating from the 1920s to 1950s. Today it operates around Britain and connects passengers to the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express (VSOE) for European destinations.

It was regarded as a Palace on Wheels and became famous for it’s luxury and decadence. No expense was spared and each rail car was fitted to include only the best interior design and incorporated Art Deco art, furnishings and mosaic flooring. Some train carriages were used by members of the Royal family and dignitaries for short journeys.
